The noted magician Anand is in the city with his troupe, this time to perform new feats for the people of Thiruvananthapuram. Magician Anand’s tour started with Fire Escape Show on 21st Sept. held at Chandershekhar Nair Stadium. Akash Escaped a burning hay Stack unscratched and unchained. Blindfolded bike ride was scheduled on 24th Sept. It passed on message of safe driving as Akash blindfoldedly drived bike with all rules and regulations.On 26th Sept. Jadugar Anand enthralled the audience with his magic tricks at his inaugural show. Specially children were going crazy on his every trick. Underwater Escape was next. It was most awaited show. Vizhinjam harbour was the venue. It was hot and sunny day.Many VIP guests like Kovalam MLA George Mercier, Southern Range IG Arun Kumar Sinha, Police Commissioner Revatha Chandershekhar, ICGS Vizhinjam CO PK Mishra, Vizhinjam Panchayat President Latha Sugathan etc guests were also present there including various media personnel.Akash was locked, chained and handcuffed. Put in sack, tied and then was locked in box. Box was lowered in water. Inside that box Akash freed himself from all locks and chains, came out of sack and box. All this was done in just few seconds approx 15 seconds. All the shows entertained citizens of Thiruvananathapuram that they cannot forget for years. Thiruvananthapuram will be waiting for Anand’s next tour.
